Veronica Cervantes
My name is Veronica Cervantes, originally from Tijuana, Mexico. In 2008, I immigrated to the United States with my daughter in search of new opportunities. I currently reside in Danbury, CT, with my family. Passionate about my culture and community, I serve as Vice President of the Mexican Cultural Center, a role that has allowed me to strengthen ties with my roots and actively contribute to the preservation and promotion of Mexican identity in my community.

I was born and raised in Tijuana, Mexico, and in 2008 I immigrated to the United States in search of new opportunities. I currently reside in Danbury, Connecticut, where I have built my life and developed my career. I work as a Child Care Provider Substitute, providing support and care to children in an educational setting. I also serve as the secretary of the Mexican Cultural Center, a role that allows me to strengthen ties with my community and promote our culture.

My name is Martina Calvillo Padilla.I was born on January 30, 1979, in Guanajuato, Mexico.I have been married for 27 years and have three children. I have worked as a childcare provider for the past 12 years. I enjoy cooking, dancing, and gardening. I describe myself as a loving, cheerful person who is always willing to help.

My name is Isela Del Angel Lira. I have lived in Newtown, CT, since 2005. I emigrated from the state of Veracruz. I have been married to Fernando Moreno Lopez since 1999. We have two sons, Anthony Alejandro, 25, and Mario Axel, 18. I currently work for a company and also have my own event decoration business. I love my roots and the customs of my home country, Mexico. I love promoting and projecting my culture.
